Booking
A 40% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit will be taken at time of booking.
Your package must then be paid in full, 6 weeks before event, late fees apply.
A payment reminder will be sent 8 weeks prior to event.
If event is booked with less than 6 weeks to event, then full payment will be taken at time of booking.
Included in the price of the package per person is 1 match ticket, Bed & Breakfast at the Suites Hotel.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your booking prior to 6 weeks of the event taking place, then your deposit/or full payment will not be refunded.
If you wish to cancel booking with less than 6 weeks to the event then no refund will be given.
Accommodation
Your Hotel accommodation (room and full breakfast) is paid direct by us, any additional costs you bill to your Hotel room during your stay is your responsibility and will be settled direct by yourself on the day of your departure. At time of Check in to Hotel you will be asked to provide a credit/debit card, for such purposes.

There is free Car Parking at the Hotel. Please note that if customers leave valuables in their car, they do so at their own risk.
The Match/Match Tickets/Football Ground
Tickets for your chosen match will be in the Home support end of the ground.
Away colours are prohibited, security at each of the grounds will remove you from the ground if seen to be provoking the home support.
Premiership match schedules are often changed to fit in with TV rights, European Football fixtures, Cup priority, security issues etc. We will notify you of any such changes as soon as we are aware of them, no refunds or transfers will be given should the fixture date change.
We recommend you do not book travel until we confirm when the fixture will be played.
If the date of the match changes, prior to the event taking place, we will amend your accommodation  
arrangements to suit the new date/time.
In the unlikely event that the match is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances prior to the day of the scheduled fixture, then your match tickets will remain valid for the re-scheduled fixture. We will not refund or amend your booking at this late stage. Your accommodation will be transferred to the new re-scheduled date.

Once you receive your match tickets, please ensure you keep them safe as they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
