Merseyside in the North-West of England is home to Liverpool FC & Everton FC, as well as the most passionate football supporters in the world. Both Teams are steeped in History and have been very successful over the years.

Liverpool FC were runners up in the 2008-2009 Pemier League Season only losing out to Manchester United by a few points, unfortunately last season was one to be forgotten for all fans, but although they missed out on a Champions League position, they have now qualified for the Europa League, the tournament they reached the Semi-finals of last season, only to be beaten in extra time by Atletico Madrid, who eventually went on to win the Competition.

Everton FC, the 2009 FA Cup Finalists had a great second half to last years season, having only been beaten 3 times in 26 games, the highlights were beating both league Winners Chelsea & Runners up Manchester United at Goodison Park in two thrilling matches.
